Security Deposit Information

Security deposit will take effect on 7/24

As you know, there are many people who need and want the opportunity to work on a permanent basis from home. In order to provide our associates with that opportunity, we incur additional expenses. For example, in order to set up your phone account so that all of the long distance expenses are charged to us, the phone company charges us $89.00, which we have to pay in advance.

While we do pay for all of the long distance expenses, provide the numbers for you to call, and even provide leads at no cost to you; we do collect a $45.00 security deposit which is credited back to you at the end of your probationary period which lasts for 3 weeks. The only instance in which it is not credited back to you is if, after we pay to set up your account, you find that you can not find the time to make more than 100 calls per week. Since each call only lasts a minute or two, that means we are expecting no less than 2 hours of work per week. Anyone who is unable to work at least 2 hours per week will forfeit their security deposit. We figure that any less than 2 hours per week is not the commitment level we are looking for.

We are not concerned with the number of leads or sales you generate in the first 3 weeks but rather the amount of effort you extend. Our business is simply an effort business. Even without any prior sales experience, if you just make the calls and read the scripts we provide you will be successful. The only time you wont be successful is if you dont make the calls.

During the introductory step, your personal manager will help you to begin your career with us. It is your managers responsibility to ensure that you have all of the necessary tools with which to begin. You will be assigned an access code with which to place your calls. Your having an access code is determined by, not the volume of leads you produce, but rather the amount of effort you extend. It is at this step that you will learn that our business is built on simple effort. If you make enough calls, the results will be there. Typically, 10 out of every 100 people contacted will result in a lead. Our systems have yet to be proven not to work. We have had thousands of associates over the years who will all agree that if you adhere to the script and read it to at least 50 people a day, you will at least have 5 leads per day on the average. The only time that system wont work for you is if you either do not read the script or are not making necessary number of phone calls.

By learning this and understanding it, you will then be able to begin teaching other people as well and may begin being considered for management positions. As you begin in management, if you choose to do so, you will quickly see that those people who are successful are extending the effort by making calls and reading the script.
